“a thoroughly modern, top-quality set… Solicitors welcome the fact that they can get in touch with barristers and clerks at any time… There are no awards at the Bar for delivering advice in plain English, but if there were Crown Office Chambers would win by a country mile.” (Chambers UK 2011)
Our approach is flexible and friendly. The clerks’ team is willing to discuss any aspect of Chambers’ procedure and fee charging in an effort to accommodate individual requirements. We recognise that different kinds of legal business require different qualities, and will seek to match counsel both on expertise and personality.
Because we are not a law firm but a collection of independent practitioners, different members of chambers often represent opposing parties in the same dispute, while another member may be the mediator, arbitrator or construction adjudicator. Our systems for maintaining confidentiality are tested and effective.
