Chambers members have been appointed as Arbitrators to decide disputes under the various International Arbitral bodies rules. This experience also extends to disciplinary tribunals for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIarb), Bar Council and the Institute of Structural Engineers Professional Conduct Committee (IstructE).
Crown Office Chambers Arbitrators include retired High Court Judges (Head of the Technology and Construction Court), dual qualified Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers and Chartered Architects.
