The Jury unanimously acquitted a director of Watling Tyres after a trial at Canterbury Crown Court

John Cooper QC represented the director who had been charged with an offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act.

The trial concluded 10 years and 4 months after the tragic death of Matthew Hoare an employee Watling Tyres in 2006 in Kent.
