Bennett v The Attorney-General of the Cayman Islands

Richard Lynagh QC successfully represented the Claimant in a personal injury action against the Attorney-General of the Cayman Islands. The claim arose out of a collision between the Claimant's motorcycle and a police car - the Attorney-General being vicariously responsible under Caymanian law for the actions of police officers.

Liability was tried as a preliminary issue by Justice Henderson.
