Andrew Bartlett QC's practice has a strong bias towards cases with technical elements or insurance issues. His fields of work as an advocate or an arbitrator include insurance policy disputes, construction and engineering claims, professional negligence, commercial contracts, and product liability.
Andrew has been active as an arbitrator since 1991 in insurance, financial services, construction and engineering, infrastructure, and other contractual and commercial disputes. Part-time Judge in courts and tribunals as below. While remaining in practice at the Bar, his work is now mainly as an arbitrator.
