Practice Overview

His main areas of practice include professional and clinical negligence and insurance. Other significant areas of work are arbitration, commercial law, construction and personal injury. He practises in the Queen's Bench and Chancery divisions.

Within these specialisations he has specific areas of expertise:

As chairman of a community hospital he has a particular understanding of NHS and General Medical Practice administration.

He has appeared for Highway Authorities for many years and regularly addresses conferences concerned with highways maintenance. As a result he has considerable knowledge of highways engineering issues and an understanding of the challenges faced by Highways Authorities.

He has a lifelong interest in and experience of horses which is of primary relevance to equestrian personal injuries cases and veterinary claims.
