Practice Overview

Helen joined Chambers in October 2010 following successful completion of her pupillage. 

Helen joins Chambers with a diverse work and educational background. Prior to pupillage, she spent a year working for the London Underground in Contracts and Procurement. Helen worked across LU and TfL in: 'Jubilee Northern and Piccadilly Performance' - gaining experience of the PPP contract; managed cross GLA procurement of SAP; and was seconded into the Operational Cost Review as a project manager. Before embarking in a career in law, Helen spent time in History of Medicine academia. Her particular interests were gender, race, informed consent and human experimentation.

Helen practises in all areas of Chambers' work, but has a particular interest in personal injury and clinical negligence.

Helen advises and appears on behalf of both claimants and defendants and accepts instructions on a conditional fee basis.
